Refund & Returns Policy
At Soul Saffron, each product is handcrafted with love and care, making every piece truly unique. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping. We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
Refunds or Replacements Are Applicable Only If:
- The product arrives damaged.
- Items are missing from the package.
IMPORTANT: Unboxing Video Required
To process any refund or replacement request, you must share a clear unboxing video starting from the package being sealed. This helps us verify the claim and take it up with our courier partners.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to accept any claims regarding damage or missing items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection (2 days)of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a five working days (5 days).
